The Anevay Frontier Stove is the original portable wood burning stove designed for heating and cooking in canvas tents or tipis, or outdoors. Pack it up in the back of your camper van for long nights cooking with friends under the stars, or set it up in the garden for a weekend family cookout. Easy to carry and quick to set up, the Frontier has lots of room on top for cooking: you can easily fit 2-3 pans on its large cooking area, and it has a removable top plate so you can cook or boil water directly on the flames. Originally designed for disaster , over 15,000 Frontier Stoves have been sent out as humanitarian aid since its inception in 2003. The stove has a long flue to transport the fumes away from the cooking area. The flue comes apart in five sections, which are stored inside the body of the stove, and the legs fold up to allow for easy storage and carrying. It’s lightweight at just 10kg, and robust enough to stand up to all the adventures you can throw at it. How to tell it’s a genuine Anevay Frontier Stove Look out for the straight lines pointing away from the flue on the top plate: these are specially designed to strengthen the top plate and reduce warp. A good way to identify a cheap copy of a Frontier Stove is to check the lines: they may have curved or wavy lines on top instead of straight. Many copies are made from inferior or thinner steel, which is hard to spot from a photograph. This steel can break, buckle and will rust faster than the material we use, and won’t have our deluxe rust-resistant paint finish. Genuine Anevay Frontier Stoves come shipped in a blue and white Anevay box and have a stainless steel wolf badge attached to the door. We don’t recommend buying a woodburning stove from an untrusted supplier, especially if you’re using it in a tent.
