Pro White Direct is a spet provider of custom made dental appliances manufactured by spet dental technicians for a perfect customised fit. Our order process is quick & easy and everything you need will be provided. A home impression kit will be sent direct to your delivery address just follow the instructions and take your own impression then return it to us. We to manufacture and dispatch your custom made mouthguard within 7-14 working days (please note that during busy periods the manufacturing of your guard may take longer, should you require an expected delivery date please contact us). All mouthguards are 4mm optimum thickness. Dental injuries are the most common type of orofacial injury sustained during participation in sports & the majority of these are preventable. Every athlete involved in contact sport has about a 10% chance per season of an orofacial injury, or a 33-56% chance during an athletic career. An athlete is 60 times more likely to sustain damage to the teeth when not wearing a protective mouthguard. The (Boil & Bite) mouthguard which is bought at sports stores without any individual fitting, provides only a low level of protection, if any. If the wearer is rendered unconscious, there is a risk the mouthguard may lodge in the throat potentially causing an airway obstruction. This is why we recommend anybody playing any kind of Contact sport wears a custom made mouthguard. N.B. This product is not suitable for anyone under the age of 9.
